On-Demand Recorded Content will be Included with all SOTF ticket purchases. Recordings will include selection of keynote speakers, featured speakers, sessions for early childhood educators and more. A complete list of recordings will be available about a month ahead of the conference.

 

Discounts

To request a discount code, please email Myrna Medeiros. Be sure to provide her with the following:

  • Name of the primary school/office contact.
  • Approximate number of people who will be registering using the code.
  • Anticipated registration date.
  • The name of the discount code you are requesting.

Group Discount - 10% off current ticket price.
Valid for any group of 10+ people from the same school.

Complex Area Discount Code - 15% off current ticket price.
Valid for any DOE Complex Area that sends a group of 25 people (must be paid for by complex area).

All School PD Registration Rate - 15% off current ticket price.
Valid for schools that send their entire faculty to the Conference on either 1 or both days.

Presenter Discount - 100% of the current ticket price for any SOTF ticket.
For the primary presenter, 1 per session.

Co-Presenter Discount - 50% off the current ticket price.
1 Co-presenter(s) per session will receive a 50% discount off of either a 1-day or 2-day ticket to attend the Conference.

Student Presenters - K-12th graders will not be charged a registration fee (maximum of 4 students per session). The Student Call for Proposals will open this fall.

Refund Policy & Ticket Transfers
By submitting the online registration form, you agree to pay the registration fee, regardless of attendance. We understand that situations may change after you register for this conference. Although we are unable to offer you a refund, we encourage you to send someone from your organization in your place. Kindly notify Myrna Medeiros at least 14 days wbefore the event starts to request a ticket transfer. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
