Discounts

To request a discount code, please email Christie Tomasa, prior to registering. Be sure to provide the following:

  • Name of the primary contact.
  • Approximate number of people who will be registering using the code.
  • Anticipated registration date.
  • The name of the discount code you are requesting.

Group Discount - 10% off current ticket price.
Valid for any group of 10+ people from the same school.

Complex Area Discount Code - 10% off current ticket price.
Valid for any DOE Complex Area that sends a group of 25 people (must be paid for by complex area).

All School PD Registration Rate - 15% off current ticket price.
Valid for schools that send their entire faculty to the conference on either 1 or both days.

Presenter Discount - Presenter discounts will be shared with those accepted to present at the 2026 SOTF Conference.
Notifications will be sent in late April and will include registration instructions.

Student Presenters - K-12th graders will not be charged a registration fee (maximum of 4 students per session). The Student Call for Proposals will open this fall.
